How it's different from a saved search
A Rightmove or Zoopla saved search emails you new listings. Nestraq adds the layer portals don't: it values listings against recent local sold prices, checks them against your non-negotiables, tracks price drops and back-on-market events on one canonical record, and only pings you when it's genuinely a good deal.
