What we collect

Your account details (email) and the home specs you create. Property and market data shown in the app is licensed from data providers and public registers; it is not personal data about you.

How we use it

To run your monitoring, compute matches and send the alerts you ask for. We are the data controller for your account and specs. We do not sell your data.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can access, export or erase your data at any time. Data is stored in the UK/EU. Contact hello@nestraq.com.

Photos & third-party content

We deep-link to source portals for listing photos rather than hosting them. Where an agent connects their own listings, that media is provided under their licence and warranty.
